Tadar Taniang Government College, Nyapin

Established in 2008, the college is committed to provide access of Higher Education to the students of Kurung Kumey District. However, the academic session began in 2012-13 with 59 students and 4 faculty members. The college is temporarily affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University, Reno Hills, Doimukh. Presently, the college has its own campus. It is situated at a distance of 316km (approx.) away from the state capital.

Although in its nascent stage, the college envisages to transform this region into a knowledge society. A dedicated team of faculty and staff endeavours to provide congenial atmosphere for value based quality education. The motto of our college "Learn, Leap, Lead" emphasises that kind of holistic education which would produce a new generation of intellectuals.
